Regulations and Standards

We have created our hosting infrastructure and our operational processes and procedures specifically to handle healthcare and clinical research data and applications. We primarily handle identified healthcare data and can de-identify or anonymize data on behalf of our clients if required. While fully compliant with the legal requirements for protecting the privacy and availability of this data (HIPAA and HITECH), we also comply with the standards and requirements for supporting federal systems (FISMA) and our business practices and procedures meet the standards established for information services providers (SSAE16). We feel this unique combination is of value to any user in healthcare and clinical research, whether in the public sector, a not-for-profit organization, or a private/commercial sector enterprise.
