Biospecimen and Biorepository Mangement using caTissue

 

caTissue Suite is the caBIG® tissue bank repository and biorepository management tool supported by the Tissue Banking and Repository Tools Workspace for biospecimen inventory, tracking, and basic annotation. It is designed to address the needs of Translational Researcher, Pathologists, and Biobank Managers.This tool permits users to track the collection, storage, quality assurance, and distribution of specimens as well as the derivation and aliquotting of new specimens from an existing ones (e.g. for DNA analysis).
