Mr. William Tulskie
CEO & CTO

Mr. Tulskie has over 24 years of experience architecting, designing, building and operating IT systems for clients in the financial, industrial, utility, distribution and healthcare/life sciences industries.

Mr. Tulskie's career includes 23 years at IBM. At IBM, he worked in technical marketing and customer support providing systems engineering services to IBM largest customers. Mr. Tulskie worked for over 10 years in IBM Research leading development of technologies and methodologies for IBM's Services Division. While at IBM Research, Mr. Tulskie developed commercial technologies for business process modeling and simulation and developed patents and associated technology for market preference analytics, 3D visualization, business strategy formulation, advanced data archival, and optimized solution component engineering.

As lead architect for IBM's Global Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) division, Mr. Tulskie led IBM's HCLS solutions development effort for 5 years. His work in that role included building the development team and regulatory compliance teams, creating and operating architectural governance processes, and designing, building and deploying solutions focused on improving clinical research in commercial pharmaceuticals development and in public sector healthcare.

Mr. Tulskie has designed, built and implemented solutions supporting clinical research and analytics for the FDA, NCI and NIAIMS.

Mr. Tulskie also led IBM Asset Architecture Board (AAB) as part of the AAB steering committee. IBM's AAB comprises 350 senior technical staff and executives from across all parts of IBM. This cross company initiative is developing reusable solution components, architectures, tooling and other assets for use in client service engagements. Many of the technologies also are converted into IBM products. Mr. Tulskie led the teams developing asset engineering tools and asset repositories.
